A Resilient Woman
Sandra ‘Renee’ Johnson Coleman
Hello Golden Divas!
This post is dedicated to my sister ‘Renee’; those who know her know she is a private person and a powerful and beautiful woman. We recently endured a loss in our family, and I silently watched my sister handle her business beautifully with grace.
For all of my ‘Resilient Golden Divas’ out there, I salute you today and every day for responding to challenging circumstances in a way that maintains your integrity. Like my beloved sister, you bring the flavor of your character, with abundant love, to change the situation.
I’m not sure if my sister Renee practices these qualities every day, but one thing I know for sure is she embodies being a resilient woman with every fiber in her soul!
The characteristics that are well deep inside of her as a resilient woman are her self-awareness. We all know self-awareness is essential because it helps us see ourselves clearly and thoroughly, primarily through tough unforeseen times.
Over the years, I have watched her silently operating through a crisis by staying calm when under stress. However, she might be the one going through tumultuous times; she always offers empathy to others.
Renee always seems to have self-control in a crisis, which motivates me and others to do our best. Throughout the occurrences that she has encountered in her life, she always keeps a positive attitude; while trusting herself and her intuition.
Despite what has been thrown her way, having a realistic, optimistic approach is one of her most remarkable qualities.
She trusts that the situation will work out for her and all involved and that there’s a lesson learned even in turmoil.
In these uncontrolled conditions, her hard work is never-ending; while others may succumb to the problems that are thrust upon them, my sister rises like a Phoenix out of the ashes.
Renee can thrive through a crisis because she is a ‘Resilient Woman.‘ This is something that I genuinely admire and love about her character!! She is one of God’s most precious gifts and my one and only sister that I continuously learn from on a daily basis.
Love You, Sis with all of my heart!!
Shout out to all of the Golden Divas who are resilient women; I commend you. Stay Strong & Stay Blessed!
